The internet connection is secure. You will not need a username or password for course search and registering on a course.
On the Homepage you can see some current courses that are available.
You can browse the full course programme under Courses. Courses can be browsed by department, category and subject.
Use the Search courses feature to search for courses using a keyword (e.g. course number, department, content, teacher or location).
Add the chosen courses to the shopping cart. If you chose a wrong course, you can remove it from the shopping cart by clicking the tick next to the course name. You can view the courses in your shopping cart any time by clicking the Shopping cart icon. You can add several courses to the shopping cart before entering your personal details. If a course is fully booked, you will receive information on being on the waiting list in the shopping cart.
You can keep the courses in your shopping cart for a limited time. You need to enter and submit your personal details before the time limit expires. The time left is displayed in the Shopping cart icon.
Finally fill out and submit your personal details. Registration shall always be made using the name of the participant. We need the complete identity number for controlling the course payments. If you do not have a Finnish identity number, please contact the customer service. We often inform about changes in the courses by SMS. Please check that your mobile phone number and e-mail address are entered correctly.
Billing address details shall only be filled out if the payment is made by the guardian of an underage person or a company. If the guardian makes the payment, we will need the complete details of the guardian including the identity number. When a company makes the payment, we will need the Business ID.
You will receive a confirmation of the registration both on the display and by e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail address, print out the last page or write down the details. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail even though you have given your e-mail address, there may have been a mistake in your e-mail address. Your registration is nevertheless valid.
You can check your registration later using your registration number and course number. If the institute allows online cancellation, you can cancel your registration, if there is still time left. Otherwise please contact the institute if you wish to cancel your registration on a course.
