UPDATE: From June 7 2021 prebooking is no longer required for visiting our museums. Please note that the number of visitors still might be restricted if needed. Bookings already made are valid. In the future prebooking might be needed for guided tours and events.
WELCOME
You can pre-book a museum visit to the Pharmacy Museum and the Qwensel House, the Biological Museum, Luostarinmäki, WAM and Turku Castle here. Guided tours at Turku Castle are also available for pre-booking (in Finnish).
PRE-BOOKING YOUR MUSEUM VISIT
ATTENTION! EACH PARTICIPANT MUST HAVE SEPARATE RESERVATION (including infants and toddlers)
Available time slots for pre-booking a visit can be found under the link "Museums" in the blue panel.
You can only book one person at a time. When booking several persons at the same time a separate booking needs to be made for each visitor. Small children and babies can be registered using the guardian's contact information.
A confirmation email is sent to the address you have provided. The booking can be cancelled one day prior to the visit at the latest from the "Check your details" link in your confirmation email.
The booking is only valid during the time specified in your confirmation email. You are welcome to visit the museum during the time slot you have chosen.
The pre-booked visit is paid at the museum ticket counter upon arrival. Please note that only card payments are accepted. The Museum Card, vouchers and TYKY-bracelet can also be used to paying for your visit.
A SAFE VISIT
Follow the public health directions: keep a safe distance, wash your hands and follow the coughing etiquette.
We recommend the use of a mask.
Stay at home if you feel poorly.
The coronasituation may lead to changes in the museum opening hours, services and pre-booking. Information on all chages can be found on the museum website.
If a pre-booked visit is cancelled, information is sent directly to the person who has made the booking.
Turku City Museums reserve the right to make changes.
